Returns & refunds
If your new furniture isn't right for you, returning it is straightforward. Eligible returns are collected at no cost to you, and you receive a full refund once the item is back with us and checked.
How it works
- Contact us with your order reference and let us know you'd like to return your item.
- We agree a collection day with you — there's no collection charge on eligible returns.
- Once the item is back with us and inspected, we issue your refund to the original payment method.
Good to know
- Items should be unused, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition.
- Please keep the original packaging where possible — it protects the item in transit.
- If anything arrives damaged or faulty, tell us as soon as you can and we'll put it right.
- Made-to-order and personalised items may be treated differently — please check before ordering.
